one light out onXapt3r on V1.1

on the Xapt3r to the right of the Do wire that light is glowing red all three other lights are glowing blue . i cleaned with alcohol and reassambled same results as before .
So i bought another box and it boots up fine with Xapte3r @ 2.6 ce with 3.03 Bios loader.
What could be wrong with the first box i installed a pin heaher and it booted up twice with 3.03 bios loader and after that now it only boots MS dash .But the 2.6 chip blue light is on @ only boots MS dash.
I also rechecked my soldering all was good
