Hello,
I have a pretty serious problem with xbox one, in a nutshell.
I opened the xbox, disassembled the original hdd and installed a wd blue from 1TB 3.5 inch, powered independently and connected to the motherboard I installed it on the operating system.
The first time I installed the system it was fine for a few days, then have begun the problems then I formatted it and tried to install the system, but this time at startup always E203 error, with any file.
This preview version with the software.
The guide I followed is this:
http://gueux-forum.net/index.php?/topic/280997-tuto-creation-dun-hdd-interne-xbox-one/
If someone can explain to me how I would appreciate them.
If it is the wrong section I kindly ask the mods to move it where they see fit.

to sort it out you would need to get hold of the files from a working 500gb hard drive then format the drive again and create new folders using ubuntu in linux. then you need to copy over the files from the 500gig drive you copied into the correct folders you created. finally download the osudt3 from xbox live.com and perform a factory reset this will set the system files correctly to you motherboard ect and you should be good to go. dont try osudt2 it wont work you need osudt3

The original hdd file I've got it , I still have all the files I had on the console before I did the procedure. These files , however, do not correspond to the latest version of the software that was installed on the console .
From what I understand if the console was installed version " 11 " you can not inatallare it the " 10 " nor the " 12 " , because some files are stored on the memories of the motherboard .
( Nand ? ) Is as I said ?
For the procedure to put the original files in the right folders I have already proven , but always error. I did not understand when I should use outds 3 ,
once you turned on the console connected with the hd ? Not to use outds 2 understand, even though I tried with three types of files , 1 - original 500gb hdd ( old software version)
2 - File the first attempt with a new hdd , at the beginning everything it was fine but then have begun problems . Compared to the old files I updated the system (latest console software version)
3 - Files outds 2 ( wrong procedure ).
The procedure of the guide I followed is the correct one ? ( Excluding the files to put in folders ) . Now I look at the video .

if you try the osudt3 files instead of the ones you have used then it should solve your problem once you have followed the instructions in the vid.

the procedure is in the video I gave you not the one in the forum you tried previously it's sh*t!!!!. none of the partition folders information from your hard drive is stored in the nand at all. who ever insinuated that is a fool. the nand contains sec info like blueray drive key ect ect. follow the video I gave you and download the corresponding programmes (pause the video so you can follow it step by step) if your not sure what you are doing.

I have not been successful , I followed the procedure of the video , and I tried with these files : 1 Original File 500 gb hdd 2 Latest files used on the console 3 File outds3 zip , creating the A- B folders ,with the same files in both the folders . Once connected to the console after a while ' that displays the Xbox logo ignition , the error screen appears . The code that appears is : e203 0000080c 80073cf0/cf6. How should I proceed?

for the code to appear means you have not set up the hard drive correctly (you have done something wrong) at a guess I would say you have not dealt with the partition(s) size in gb correctly due to the drive being 1tb e203 0000080c 80073cf0/cf6 (this indicates there is something wrong when trying to access the partitions on your hard drive)

I suggest you format the hard drive and test the sectors on the drive and begin the setup again if the sectors are in good shape. otherwise you are welcome to send the console to me with the hard drive and I will sort it for you. but I am in the uk

I did not understand . I use to format the hd ubuntu gparted gate all partitions , then create a new disk format nts . For the size of the partition automatically chooses the procedure , and I do everything as he says in the video ( he also uses a hdd 1 tb ) . I I I format the disk ofni time I try the procedure , what you mean by the head sectors ? Physical state the HD is great, the HD is virtually new . And as already I said are already able to set it once and let it run . where is the problem ? In doing the procedure I do not think , or are the files that I put that create problems or is the Xbox motherboard that makes conflict.
I do not understand a thing , to make it work I can install any version of the software?

the problem with the code that you are getting is to do with the way you are creating the hard drive folders. when you set it up how many partitions did you have before you copied the files to it?

try it this way...start again with the video and create the new partitions again making sure that you unmount them when you have copied your hard drive's original files that were on the old hard drive (copy old temp files to new temp folder) (copy old user content files to new user content folder) ect ect ect.. once you have copied all the old files into each partition. and have unmounted the partitions. install the hard drive into the console. download the factory reset file and unzip the folder to a fat32 formatted usb stick and insert the usb stick in the back port. now perform a factory reset as per instructions on xbox live.com and report back.

Disk partitions I once created from the procedure does not touch. Folders " A- B " that go in Partition " system update" , for example, if use the original files or my past ,Directly copy the folders already created in the partition , I have my files on a usb them , then copy them and ranging from USB HDD. After copying removed the partition and continuously procedure.

what i would try is the factory reset procedure by downloading the factory reset file from xboxlive.com and follow the instructions on which button to press/hold ect. failing that you will need someone to fix this for you as it sounds like you are doing something wrong or you could have a dodgy hard drive

Nothing, I tried everything.
I also tried using j-runner and putting some specific files on disk fault changes.
1- My last file version. e200 000000EF 00000000
2- outds File 3, creating folders, same files in both. E203 0000080C 800706D9 (loading along one xbox logo.)
3- All other files the same old E203 above (CF0-CF6)
The procedure whereby the HDD file I understand? I have my last?
Although with the files in a normal start by mistake?
You have to put on usb zip outds 3?
With my recent files and stick in a file with the factory reset by E203 0000080C 800706D9 error.(j-runner)

you will need someone else to do this for you. this procedure has been carried out by myself and 2 others on four different brands of hard drive 500gb and 1tb and every one of them booted first time and still shows fully working with the extra space on the 1tb's even after doing a factory reset. my only advise is either find a local member who has carried out this and do it for you. or as said before you are welcome to ship the console to me and i will sort it for you free of charge and ship it back.

Saw that made you that the software had the normal version console ? Because I had the prewiew version and I do not know if this can depend on my problems . It may be a reason ?
You've never had these errors ? I can not understand why it worked the first time and now no longer goes . But the console part only if it takes me the last file you had on ?I can not put ourselves as the outd s 1 ? And why is this? Sorry for the questions but I'm trying to figure out what am I doing wrong and what the problem is and how to solve it .

i know you say it worked once with this 3.5" hard drive but why dont you take the advice i am trying to give you and get hold of a 2.5" 500gb hard drive and try it again. also maybe check the sata cord and ports on your console's motherboard if you are getting an error E200 E203 E100 E101 it is something to do with either you have not configured the hard drive correctly or the sata is not communicating with the hard drive.

I explain exactly what I did. a month ago I opened the console , copied the files called in the guides from my original HDD , I was already the idea of using a 3.5 because just feed it externally and connect it to the SATA port on the console and goes smoothly . The hdd in question is a blue wd 1 tb 3.5 7,200 rpm ( very common in desktop ) . The SATA cable is in place, as I think the SATA port on the motherboard , as it shows the logo and errors ( if it was broken I would not see anything on the screen. )
The 500gb hd from the I , is the original one , I tried to make the procedure with that but it is the same story , always errors . So it does not depend on the HDD .
I do not know what to think , do you think the beta software that was not a problem ?

there can only be 1 of 2 logical explanations as to why you are getting an error each time
either you are doing something wrong or the hard drive you are using has something wrong with it. i strongly recommend you get someone closer to you to sort this for you. asking questions like is the software stored in the nand clearly indicate you need someone else who knows what they are doing to sort this for you.

I want to clarify that I am not entirely inexperienced in the field , but it is the first time that I reach to a console software. The procedure I followed to the letter , The hdd is in perfect physical condition and have always gone well ( I used it on the pc wd blue ) . So why it is all that I put in the files that are not correct , but the files that I have are the ones I can not I have now brought the console to the store where I got to see if they can fix it . For what's in the nand it seems legitimate to ask, since it is not something that is named, usually .
