I think a good way for Bungie/Microsoft to manage anti-cheat issues would be for them to run two systems, 'Open' and 'Closed.'

In Open, players would be allowed to play custom content.

In Closed, players would have to play without any custom mods/etc.

Your thoughts?

Well... I don't see that happening. Microsoft doesn't like modchips, so why would they have a service that would basically be for modchip users? In fact, I think if Microsoft had it's way, they'd see us all either paying them a lot of money (oh, about $100,000) or being thrown in prison. Besides, we have XBox Connect and XBox Kai, right? Those are free.

PS: Besides, isn't XBox Live (besides the bystanders) cheat-free regardless? I mean, there is a difference between "cheating" vs. "cheap." Neither one is good.
