Hi,

I am trying to re-open up a Xbox 360 case to flash it with a newer firmware. The console was flashed about 6 months ago and I could open it easily last time.

It looks like that the push points were broken from my last try and I am left with nowhere to push open the clips that hold the shell.

I appreciate if anyone could give some recommendations. Thanks in advance!
:D

I had the same problem . Be sure your using a mini screw driver. I used the ones that you use to screw the screws on glasses. You can get those at the dollar store or Walmart.

Get the box down to when it is time to open those tabs. Open the front up first and spread the case apart like a "V"

With one hand keep pressure on the two shells so that when you do push in on the area the tab (or whats left of it ) doesn't snap back into place.

The tab itself is still there but you have broken off the easy snap part of it. To press open the tab itself you will have to go in at an angle now and and in towards the serial #'s on the back. That the direction the tabs are in.

Almost like your trying to place the screwdriver behind where the serial #'s are on the back.

If you feel the tab going in but no luck on getting it to pop. Start with the end that only has two tab holds and start over.

Hope that helps.,
