I just flashed an xbox slim with a dg-16d4s. I extracted the key and flashed it in a ltu2 board from eBay using ltu2-0225. Everything seemed to go fine, I locked the SPI and threw it back in the xbox but it won't read any DVDs. No errors or nothing it just spins, makes weird noises like its trying but then fails and thinks there is no disc. I put the original pcb back in and it works fine. Does this sound like a board issue? Are there any laser adjustments I need to do? The only other slim xbox experience I have is with a TX 1.1 board in my other dg-16d4s but that was about 3 years ago and it was just plug and play. This is an LTU2 board. Thanks in advance.

Most likely is the board if the drive works fine with the other on and it was flashed correctly. Have to be careful with those knockoffs you get on eBay. When I was ordering them because it was all that was available, at least one or 2 out of each batch I got had issues

How did you "extract the key"
ltu fw needs rgh files etc
you cant use ltu fw for a "normal" slimkey extraction
