As the title says, i have 2 different Ck3, one old one, and one rev d. i have tried both, no matter what i do, i keep getting this same error. Im at a loss, i tried the jumper wire on both Ck3's, its still on my Rev d, and disconnected from the older one. i am using the upodate cable that i ordered from Xconsoles.
i have tried reinstalling the drivers for my CK3, still no change.
the red light is on on both the ck3 and Nand-x. i have tried all different baud rates. its on LPC2148, com5, isp is no, oscillator tried on both 12.00, and 14.745.
BTW i have tried replacing the jumper wire, right now its back to 30awg kynar, but i also tried 28awg solid core.
any help is appreciated, please help me figure out what im doing wrong!!

you haven't mentioned if you connected your ck3 via a powered usb hub as suggested in the troublehsooting part of the instructions

I had this issue and here's how I resolved it. Reinstalled drivers and then refilled out all info again. Selected a different comport that was in use hit start. Gave me an error asking if I really wanted to do this and it might screw it up. I clicked no. Then went back to my comport the ck3 was on power to ck3 was off turned it on start right away. Failed clicked ok got pissed mind you it's been 6 hours. So then I hit start and ok in rapid succession. And it went.
Rev d with line
Laptop.

Re: "Operation Failed, Failed to Autobaud" error while trying to flash Nand-X

this is quite a problem, LOL
i dont usually get to upset, like XxlittletxX, im getting frustrated. i have been trying to figure this out for almost 5 hours.
i tried re installing drivers, and flash magic, to no avail!!
the only thought i have left is to try on my desktop, see what happens.
not sure if it matters, but im on win7 ultimate on this, win7 home premium on my wifey's laptop, and win7 ultimate on my desktop. All 32 bit. doubt that makes any difference though

It was super frustrating the easiest part of the operation. It finally went after tons of determination. It will work you just have to play with it.

I am on windows 7 64

@advapi i believe what he is talking about is the power switch on the ck3.

@sinn78 one of mine is a rev d, i have tried with and with the wire attached on both of them. Rev d and older non-rev d.

I'm also experiencing the same issues as OP. I have reinstalled CK3 RevD , change ComPorts, try every single USB Port on desktop. Running Win 7/64 bit.

i dont know this for sure, but i assume its a possibility if the wrong f/w is loaded, or incompletely installed. i suppose it a possibilty

Re: "Operation Failed, Failed to Autobaud" error while trying to flash Nand-X

This method seems to be a problem for MANY people myself included. Have tried with my brand new ck3i and a rev d with the wire and no success. Just said to hell with it and ordered another one pre-updated. I'm happy to support the team in this way but this method of updating needs some attention. Also tried both with a powered hub...no love:(

Re: "Operation Failed, Failed to Autobaud" error while trying to flash Nand-X

99.9% of issues seem to be with people using the CK3 Pro Rev D and it seems to be it is usually down to the wire mod - as for people who have tried with a ck3i I'm unsure - are you guys using an official update cable?
