RGH Opus C1D7 NAND Short

I'm 99.9% positive that my nand reading random errors i get is caused by a short between pin 5 on J2D1 and the C1D7 cap.

I get a 0 ohms reading between the points so know its shorting. How to fix this is where i am stuck.

Those points are supposed to be connected. When I said check for a short in the other thread I meant between pin 5 and a ground point (AV port or something) on the console, not the capacitor..
