green and orange flash usually indicates video problem. I can't really honestly tell you why in your case but make sure to use the stock (composite) a/v cable. What bios are you flashing and what switches settings? What xbox version do you have also would help.

bad

you need to use the X3 bios because you tried to flash with a bios too small but still 256,512,ot the other. You need to select the right bank for the size.
I did this to and just got the X3 bios and reflashed it useing the backup bios.
Using the right bank.

make sure to use bios for version 1.5 xbox (X3_1959.bin). If you did, try flashing to banks 5678 (off on off off off) and see if it flashes correctly. if that didn't work, try disconnecting your x3 control panel cable from your x3 chip. If still no go, I would definitely consider resoldering again.

i think i tryed that bank ill try with the pannel dissconected but the strange thing is. when it starts to flash it hangs untill i hit the off button then it starts to erease.
iv resolder already think it was the problem.

I have the x3-1959 bios and tryed flashing by dvd and network both do the same

if you have tried all of that, I still say to redo your soldering despite you think you did a good job. I seriously don't think it's the chip. If you know someone with modded xbox, you can try to flash it from that xbox to see if the problem is with the chip. I still bet my money on the soldering.
