original bios/dash

i got an X3 in my box... and installed Avalaunch and everything... but when i hold down the power button it goes to the stock M$ flubber and screen, and then i get an error page... My question is how do i put it so it will load up the M$ dash when the chip is disabled?

i asked a buddy of mine... he said that i need to lock the HD... i'll try it and see if that does it...

Normally your buddy might be correct but if you'd really like assist here then you might wish to tell us what the error code is.

locking the HD is what fixed it...
