original xbox Xexcuter 2 chip flash help.

Hello, i have been given an xbox back i chipped for a mate about 10 years ago seeing if i could repair it i have forgotten all knowledge of how i did this as i probably used xbox scene for help.

The xbox it basically not booting up correctly but going straight to FlashBios 3.0.3. im guessing somewhere the bios has broken and needs re loading.

So far i have connected to xbins but i cant seem to be able to download any of the Bios. It just keeps saying access denied when i try to download one. Also what Bios would be needed?

ok managed to get a bios to download changing FTP. I have installed xecuter2_4978.3_xboxMulti_512k onto my chip and it now says Xexcuter 2 on startup. But i cannot get past that sceen. I did a few times get a fatal error loading xbmc and was able to connect to the xbox via ftp. but that seems to have stopped working now and no longer appears. I have tried Slayers boot disk. next step is swap dvd drive.

I have an original xbox with the xecuter, I need to know how to update it. Everything works but it hasnt been updated in years
