I was just wondering, why do we NEED to burn it to the verbatim discs? Isn't it possible other discs work too? I still have a bunch of them laying around from before xgd3.. How can i test if a burn is good with these discs?

I just burned an xgd3 game on one of them, using the settings of the mkm003 disc.. but imgburn gave an error at 49% verify and i had to cancel..

is there another way to check it?
