is there a way to upgrade the memory or other things like the memory, video, or processor?? If so are there any diagram for it?

The games are written specifically for the hardware that is in there. You wouldn't improve much, if anything, by upgrading memory or the video card.

fan not working

i have a 3pin fan on my xbox and its not working i need to get a new power supply to it i an going to use the dvd power source as this is best for me but an bot sure what wires are what on the fan thay are red on one side black and blue in the middle and brown at the other end hope some one can help thanks in advance

Black and blue are ground and red and brown are positive.
