ANSWERED Overheating on xell boot Fresh RGH

Hello, I am doing my second RGH on a Jasper.

I have done everything up until the point of retrieving the CPU key. When I boot to xell the console Overheats within seconds. The console was in fine working condition before the install of the coolrunner.

It will boot into xell and as xell is loading the fan progressively gets faster until it shoots out the 2 RROD error code.

All of my soldering has been cross referenced and is proper. Has anyone else had this issue?

Any chance you're gripping the CPU heatsink when pulling the board out of the chassis?

You might want to reapply thermal paste on the CPU.
