Overheating Xenon?

Right, I posted before about my 2 red light xenon. But this seems to be a different problem.
First of all I used the Quick Solder Jtag boards but then realised I found it difficult to get a decent connection, so i then went for the Diode/Jumper method.
Whilst i was using the QSB I got The 2 red lights as i turned the xbox on, to get my CPU key, I tried all of the resistor settings still the same.
So I got some diodes, completed the Jumper/diode method then read my Nand 3 times, all matching, one bad block at 2EC at 3FF, I'm guessing that shouldn't be the reason for 2 red lights. I then wrote Xellous with Coolshimps Jtag Tool, unplugged the power Plugged into tv, then switched on. BLUE XELLOUS SCREEN HORRAAAY! then 2 red lights. I have enough time to read the Fusets and take a picture but then console powers off, the time it takes to power off varies as i tried around 5 times. I then looked at my soldering, I then put the wires through the holes in the board more, Overall I think the soldering looks in good shape. I tried to boot again, 2 red lights after getting the Blue xellous screen for 10 seconds, it seems that if i lift up the Heatsinks then put them back before booting, it stays 'alive' longer.
Could it still be my soldering?
Or is the board overheating? How could i check these things?
I would post some pictures but i cant seem to get my camera to focus on the points very well. But to me the soldering looks good.
What do you think I should do from here? I have the CPU but theres no point writing a freeboot image is there?

When you powering the console to get your CPU key do you connect the fans and place them over the GPU/CPU heat sinks?

two red lights is overheating. try cleaning the top of the gpu and cpu and using a good thermal compound, then make sure you have either put the xclamps back on or used bolts and washers, also make sure the fans are working and the white ducking tunnel is in place.

Well when i brought the xbox it had no x-clamps, It was just the heatsinks on the board with a bolt underneath each pin of the heatsink inbetween the casing, I'm not sure it weather that would be the correct way, i'll put the bolts back just to try. The ducking tunnel is in place and the fans are on. I'll Try with the bolts. But is this the right method to do the Fix?

Okay, so i Put the bolts under the heatsink's, Booted for the longest it has with xellous on the nand, then i get the error. Then i screw the screws in, and then i get 3 red lights.. So i undid the screws, a little and then the old error... Any ideas guys?

Not really a nand-x topic, but sounds like poor conduction to heatsinks (non contact, bad paste, not cleaned etc) and general rrod.

Best method would be reflow/reball or try the xecuter rrod kit.

I know, I was just wondering wether there could be any relationship between my Jtagging and the RROD. Thanks for your Help!

Doing the screws too tight will give you a RROD, I would get some decent thermal paste, clean everything off the chipset and heatsinks and use a xecuter RROD repair kit.
