i havent to be honest i thought Xell boot instantly regardless of the dip settings and just to clarify if all the dips dont work on one jumper setting would i have to move on to the next jumper? again im really sorry for asking so many questions I know the concept just not the details.... and i had no idea it takes this much patince but im too stubbon to stop been up for 48 hours straight and thats not including the other 9 days ive worked on this i over think things so much i pracice psych myself out it but im too stubborn to quit you could say im obsessed with it lol the only way i will quit is if all my consoles are dead.... BUUUUUT im starting to wander off topic so ill leave it at that

oh and guys i want to thank you for your help and patience as ive said before it took me 11 days total to get this far but when i get it right i'll probably be able to get it done in a reasonable amout of time but until then i really want to thank you guys you all have helped me alot so far.... and i hope that this wont take much longer cuz i hate to keep bothering you guys
yes try one dip combination and turn the xbox on and leave for about 1 minute. If it doesn't boot then try another dip setting for 1 minute etc etc. Until u have found a dip settings that boots.

No xell doesn't boot Instant. Essentially from what I have read is when you use the rgh it triggers processor bugs by sending a tiny 20 nanosecond pulse to the cpu-rst line which doesn't completely reset the CPU but slows it down just enough to do the hack. Its been a while since I read up on it but if you want to learn more head love to www.free60.org and there is a ton of info there about how the process got started and help you understand what you are trying to accomplish. I doubt the ecc is the problem but either way all consoles are different and it just takes some adjusting to get it to boot faster so keep changing the dips jumpers and maybe even solder a capacitor onto the chip and eventually you will get it to boot xell so you can get your key and make a xebuild image. You will get more help though if you just post pics. Because that is whats required of you when you ask for help.

i hear Falcons on RGH2 take quite awhile to boot for the first time could you give me a time frame by chance like 5-10 minutes or something?

No one can give you a set time as to when a RGH2 falcon will glitch.
every console is different

I have seen 5-10 seconds on some with using the slim 32cm blue wire wrapped around heat sinks.
I have also seen some take up to 2-3 mins no matter what i tried.

so i guess the main things are as follows.

quality of solder job
where wires are placed
which glitch chip is used
basically the personality of the console, it just being stubborn or not plain and simple.

i only posted this cause you technically asked how are boot times on a falcon with RGH2 but on the CR4 its RGH2+ and i can say that it really does work great.
instaboot to 3 glitches i would say, but i cant be exact and claim i know for sure as i have only done 3 RGH2+ on falcon and jasper
