LITEON DG-16D2S PCB is Damaged and I can't get Jungleflasher to recognize the Liteon 16D2S drive

I recently got a Jasper Elite that wasn't reading discs, and I changed the laser in it and now it's reading. The drive isn't flashed as it won't read any backup I've tried but it reads retail games flawlessly since the laser swap.

I put it into jungleflasher with the intent of flashing to LT 3.0 but it would never recognize the drive as being connected. I noticed that there was heavy burn damage on the pcb where the drive power cable connects....I'm guessing someone put the drive cable in upside down and left it there for a while to get that much damage on it, however the drive still receives power, ejects, closes, and reads like normal in the 360.

What I've tried so far with Jungleflasher is using the 360 to power the drive while connecting it to my usbpro through the sata, this didn't work. I've also tried using a connectivity kit to power the drive, and this also didn't work.

Any ideas as to how i could get the dvd drive key from the drive?

If the pcb is truly damaged it wouldnt work to play retail games. You probably arent succeeding with jf. liteon D2s requires exact steps before it reads the dvd key. Follow the tutorial to the T and you will get it. TX probe III works like a charm.
