phat demon will not let xbox turn on

ok so i have installed three of them now and this is the only one that will not even let me power on the console , also no blue led on the demon switch board , nothing , all of the points are clear and on points that they are suppose to be on , look at all of the pics from page one to see the wire install and solder points

If you beleave it's the demon and as you say have installed three others then get a new one and install that don't know how much more desoldering/ resoldering you mobo's going to take thou !!!! btw when looking at your pic's why is the point on the demon soldered onto the motherboard you know the one that it says in every guide iv'e seen not to be ????????
