ANSWERED Phat Key Extraction Failed Please Help 02510c Lite-on

Hello

I am using X360USB pro v2 with a CK3 Probe 3 and molex to usb. All through USB on my Laptop. I have tried the tutorials for jungle flasher on how to probe mpx01.

1. Press Phatkey
2. Hold Ck3 Button
3. Probe MPX01
4. Release Ck3 Button
5. Extraction complete
6. Power off Drive / or Probe
7. Wait 5 seconds
8. Power on Drive / or release button
9. PHAT KEY EXTRACTION FAILED

Had the same problem. Try turning off the auto-power functions in JF and manually toggle the power switch on the USB v.2.

As soon as I did it manually it worked first time. This happened to me today so I haven't really looked in to why auto wasn't working, as it had worked in auto for me before.

Quiet Common for someone who works on really dusty drives, or has a dirty probe, lol...

Clean the equipment and pcb up, and try again, sometimes I have had to restart JF also. Happens to me about 20% of the time, this makes it work every time.

make sure you have probe end of the power cable into the drive too

Tried Cleaning the area did not work. I just tried the instructions you provided Fray word for word and still got the same error.

In the case of a spelling error, I blame Tapatalk.

are you removing the probe after extraction complete, BEFORE powering off drive/probe

probe was not functioning properly had a friend come over with his and it worked first try. Thank you

I'm having trouble doing this using the new CK3mini instead of the probe. customer service prior to purchasing the mini and the xbox360 assure me that was going to work. I am having the exact problem as you had. is there any way around using the mini? thanks in advance

have a look at the infraction points system in the rules...you must have hijacked more than thread...need 2...and you are doing it again here :rolleyes2:...lol...oh forgot you can have one of these too :facepalm:
