So any Phat RGH i've attempted has failed with the same error (except one Phat) the problem is that i start it and for a split second the coolrunner flashes then stops or it flashes irregularly when i try to boot to xell and it never boots soldering pics below

And the rest are attached

Lift the green wire of the board and see if it works, if that fails redo the green wire point but try to make it aligns horizontally and not vertically like in your current picture.

Solder your CPU_RST to where it should be. You have soldered it to wrong pad:p

I'd also run the blue under the board and away from those coils. That is an area known for interference.

Also, where do you have gnd soldered? Maybe I can't see it cause I'm on my phone, but it doesn't seem to be where most people connect it. Without that the green wont blink.

post_out (yellow) looks like it may be shorting as well. cpu_pll_bypass looks ot be shorted (green) CPU_rst (blue) is soldered to the wrong pad and the joint looks cruddy.

Do not attempt to do this yourself if you don't have the skills required, you don't want to mess the board up.

Ive soldered alot of consoles there's always something you mess upon. Slims and phats are different. Check your soldering add solder to all the points. Once you have done that proceed .
