LITEON DG-16D2S PhatKey failed error!

Hello guys.

I have a stock Lite-On DG-16D2S in 02510 firmware, and modding equipments are CK3 Lite and CK Probe 3 (probe does not have a switch in the cable).
I'm using Jungle Flasher 0.1.87.

What I'm trying to do is extract the key by pressing "PhatKey". I power off my CK3 Lite, probe the MPX01 spot, power the CK3 Lite back on, then I get this message in JF:
Serial flash found with Status 0x52

Then the "Exract complete!" message pops up by instructing on how to continue. I'm doing exactly as it says: probe is removed, switch off CK3 Lite for 5 secs and switch it back on, then I press OK button.

Yet it gives me PhatKey failed error.

What am I doing wrong here?

Hi when you get drive into jungle flasher press the phat key and click yes just hold the button on the probe dont switch ck3 off and on use the switch on the probe then probe the mx01,let go of the button it should say extract complete and then take probe off the point and then hold the probe button for 5 seconds then press ok then it should say extract complete it did for me the first time i flashed a drive

Sorry, but my probe does not have a button.
It's just connected with the power cable

that is not a Xecuter CK3 Probe 3 my advice is to buy a probe 3 or attach a switch on the 3.3v power line

Thats not a probe 3 i don't think it's even an xecuter probe by the looks of it!!!

i think its a mini probe like the probe included in the blaster kit

Yeah. I guessed so. I could almost swear that I ordered it from http://www.modtraders.co.uk/

I guess http://www.ck3.co.uk/ is reliable enough to send me an Xecuter CK3 Probe 3?

So is there any chance of pulling it off with my current probe?

you need the probe 3 with the extended cable a button and no you will have to trace cut, with the probe 3 its much easier

try putting a switch on the 3.3v wire and see if that will work am sure its a xecuter mini probe

Why does the led have to be there for I done it without it and it works jst confussed now
