here are some pics. Had to do alot of trimming! Even had to trim some off of the HD tray.
Currently sanding and adding a couple more coats of paint.
Then put back on the black front panel piece

Let me know what you think.

you need to add that rubber moulding, although apart from that it looks great

Yea a little molding/ black binliner (try it) will cover those rough cuts

Ill be doing a perfect oen soon with a perfect cut, come christmas

yeah I am gonna sand it and then I am gonna fill in the controller # holes with some bondo so that it is all smooth. Yeah I have some really small rubber moulding for around the lcd opening.

I recommend making that top lien straighter, cut the right side so its a line

when I get done it will be all straight and pretty. I just wanted some feedback on the way I mounted the lcd. I know how to cut it and position it. It looks better with just the lcd part showing right? and not the whole thing sticking out?

Most people mount in from the front to the back. But whatever floats your boat.

Looks good, when i installed mine i didnt think of doing it like that, putting the whole thing inside. I hope yours looks better when you put the rubber around the cuts because those are kinda crooked. Heres how i did mine:

As you can see i installed mine so that it is sticking out, i think it still looks ok, but i like your idea, but i dont like how much you had to cut on your case to get it to work. Like cut the HDD tray and stuff.

depends on how good a case u want normaly about £35 - £40 unless u buy a limited edition halo one or something fancy. I do like your install mate that xbox looks cool I cant see the cut lines yours which makes it look cool if the 1st guy touched his up it would rock. Nice work guys
