Picture all blocky?

The problem is the picture keeps freezing and locking up

Seconded,either ram or a gpu problem,see if you can get the system professionally re-flowed.

Deffo sounds like GPU failure....lots of Pros can fix this with a re-flow on here....go to Services section and post a request...

Give it a good clean and make sure the air holes and heat sinks aren't covered in dust

Same for the power pack....I had one yesterday which needed cleaning the holes were blocked

Did you get it for free or did you pay for it?

Needs a reflow at least - if it hasnt already had one, find out the history of it as may need a reball
