After trying to install the QSB i resorted to installing the pin headers. I took out all the solder and fir the pin header and added solder on the back of the board. I'm still getting the error "could not detect flash controller" when i'm trying to read the nand. I didn't try with the ROL on. Does that make a difference. If anyone sees anything wrong or has tips if you point those out for me. Thanks.

Heres a video of my situation

See if you can take some good close up photo's of the pin headers from the underside of the board, you have damaged the pads
I've corrected the above statement.

If you can't install via QSB and now gone through the trouble of clearing the holes of solder, I would put money on you damaging a pad or trace.

It can be repaired more than likely. There are other points you can use but not for the novice.

Where are you located? I do trace repairs all the time.

I might buy it off you or trade you for it, definitely not 100. You can get already jtagged consoles for 100 shipped. pm me so we dont junk up the thread.
