Im using pin headers to read the nand, but having trouble cleaning out the solder in the holes. Iv only got one left to do on J1D2, the thrid one on the left side, iv tried both desolder braid and a solder sucker, the solder just wont come out. Would it be possible just to remove the pin which goes in that hole and just the solder the yellow wire from the pin header directley to that point? and just tuck the wire under the header.
Thanks

hi,

if your having problems, just stick a sewing needle in the hole and heat up the needle and push it thru. Just make sure you grab it with a pair of long nosed pliers or something similar cos it gets very hot lol

The problem is there is not enough solder to gather up and its not heating up enough.
Try adding more solder to the hole m8...this will have a wick effect thus drawing up the solder
