Pioneer DVR-112d problem

hi i just got my new dvd burner the pioneer 112d and i rip my game with the keron dvd and when i tryed burning it with, imgburn, clonecd, and xbc they all failed ? im not new to backing up my game, i use this other knock off brand my bro had on his computer and it seem to work and when i tryed the112d on my computer isnt burning right . do i have to upgrade my fw on it , is come stock with 1.21 . hope i can get sum help before all my disc is gone .

thanks for the site but it doesnt have any fw for the pioneer 112d. i wus looking at my dvd player and on the front of it , it doesnt have DVD+DL on it, it has DVD-Rewritable on it...so does that mean that it cant burn dual layer disc ? well im'a see if i can burn a dvd frist then my backup...
