If you have a RGH slim, boot Xell and get the key or get it from your nandump. Paste the key into the target firmware.

Incorrect, need to use the lizfix. You can't manual spoof slims.

In the case of a spelling error, I blame Tapatalk.

this is what i did to solve it
took a dummy.bin from other dvddrive 0225 laying around
put it in target firmware in jf ,
flash it into my dvd
change the dvd key in jrunner xbild options
create image with it and write to xbox

That's perfectly fine to do. TBH it's one of the two options you have and it probably the easier of the two.
