LITEON 0225 Play dvd tried so many things

I'm so stumped on this Slim 0225 drive. I have tried every possible combination from:

Maybe someone can take a look at my dummy.bin?

I have tried to boot with original disc in drive but I still get the random play dvd. Rate is at about 50%.

Have you tried it with both 0225 and 0225u firmware

is the drive mislabeled at all?

using a slimkey or a full dump as source?

Sorry guys.

Kamikaze and mxic same result. Swapped out entire rom to see if it was laser but same result.

Slim key and as far as I could tell it wasn't a mislabeled drive. Either way I did try the 0225u FW.

flash back your full dump of the fw and see if that fixes things

All I have a slim key dump. Tried flashing it back and it didn't read originals. Any suggestions? CFW made from slim key does read but I get a lot of play dvd.

why don't you have a full dump?

I have always just used slim key and have never experienced this before. Stock pcb has been flashed with cfw.
