your firmware might be one those rare 0225 dumps, u might have to hex edit to get rid of the play dvd error, i read alot of this on forums, im having a similar issue i got my dvd key but write firmware cause it say authorisation failed as well

What is your drive labeled located on the case of the drive and what does it show up as in jungle flasher ?
My slim has modified phat drive. It came that way. Originaly it had a 0225 drive, I got this information from the NAND. I have a spare 16d4s drive. I don't know how to use it. I tried many was but failed. Whatever drive I m trying to hookup my console says PLAY DVD

i already said to you that you cant run anything retail now as you dont have orig dummy or orig dumps of the drive.your xbox is only good for the rgh.
the files i sent you the other day will work for both your xboxes if your put them back to rgh.

I thought u had your orig dump, i still think there is a way to hex edit your key into the firmware, if i find out to fix ill send u a msg

you can not hex edit your key into a 0225.you will need the orig dump or dummy bin file.
his only hope is the rgh to get it working.
meaning his xbox is only good for rgh now.
no 0225 dummy file then no retail xbox simples.
