If I add my main account (which is currently on my X1) over to a JTAGed Xbox or RGH I still don't know the difference, and play games on them offline would I get my account permanently banned? I have no plans on playing online what so ever, I'll have it mainly kept offline.. so, can I sign into it and start playing games offline without getting the account banned?

In therory you can do this, but I wouldnt suggest it. If for some reason your console did connect to live, and live detected data that shouldnt be there it can get the account banned, and the console for that matter. You are better off creating an offline profile for use on your RGH/JTAG console. With aurora 0.7b, you will be able to move gamesaves to another profile, so you shouldnt need to sign into it to copy you data to an offline profile. Also to copy the profile, you will need to download it from a retail console, and then transfer it to your Jtag/RGH. You cant copy the profile off of an Xbox One, and then put it on an Xbox 360.

Well that sucks, I was thinking of not setting up the internet on it at all so that won't happen. I was thinking of only getting a JTAGed Xbox to play ISOs on it.

Just because you get a JTAG console, doesnt mean you cant play games online. There are servers for live, but those are way over priced, and chances are you will spend more on KV's then you would ever want to. Then there is Link, which is free and comes with Aurora and Freestyle Dash, but only works with games that support System Link. You dont need a Live Profile for that. As far as playing ISO's on it, until the NetISO stuff is released, you will need to either convert them to god, or extract them. NetISO is a new feature that is going to be included in Nova, that acts like a virtual disc drive, but requires a server program on the computer. It is much faster than connectX, so that is nice. The real question is if we are going to release it with Aurora 0.7b or not. We might not, as it isnt currently ready. It works, but has some bugs in it, the server side software still needs to be finished, and since the wait since 0.6b has been over a year, we might release Aurora 0.7b/Nova without the NetISO stuff. There is also the option of getting an XKEY, which is pricey, which is a hardware mod that works similarly to NetISO, but requires hardware, and get wired in between the drive and the motherboard. This will allow you to put your ISO's on a HDD, and plug them into the Xkey, and still use the xbox as a retail console, so you dont loose live at all. There are also firmware mods for the xbox drive that will allow you to play burned discs. So there are options, you just have to decide which option works best for you.

I have exactly 0.58 idea what that all means.. so I can't play ISOs offline with my main account without getting banned?

You can, as long as you dont plan on copying the account back to a retail console to update your stats on xbox live. This is because some homebrew software saves achievments/settings in your account, such as XexMenu, Freestyle Dash, and Possibly Aurora, and a lot of emulators. If your profile is then later connected to live, and microsoft sees this, they ban the account, because you might have cheated to get your achievments. Especially now, that you can transfer that information from account to account using aurora 0.7b, which hasnt been released quite yet.
