Playing import DVD's JAP NTSC PAL XBOX

I'm running a 2.3b lite, avalaunch and xbox media center trying to get some DVD's working for my little girl that my stepmother sent her from japan. I just get a FRAG. what should i do?

try playing it using dongle dvd plaer on ur xbox r xbmc

Is this the only program that causes your xbox to frag? Does it frag with stateside dvd's too?

actually after testing, it frags on all retail DVD's when the mod chip is engaged. so i stand corrected. Thats got me thinking... hmm why did you ask that? what could it be?
