Does anyone else find it annoying you can't turn on aeroplane mode while the Switch is docked and being output to TV.

I'm sure Ninty did this on purpose so lazy arses like me will stay online and they can watch what i'm doing :):)

Guys, don't let this confuse you.

If you install, or play any game on your nintendo switch, a record is made in your consoles title database.

I have personally seen now that many .nsp files that have been released into the wild have the keyset placed on the wrong byte. (I just learned about this recently) So.... if you are using .nsps on your console that you have gotten from pirate sources, chances are you have a corrupt titledb anyway (you may not know it as your console will operate "somewhat" normally) and your console will DEFINITELY be banned if you connect it to the internet again.

XCI is a so much better option than .nsp.
AKA: Stay offline.

Hmmmm - weird.
I play all my games docked and in airplane mode
Me too.

But you have to turn airplane mode on with the switch undocked.

Try it and see :)

OFW : 7.0.1 by the way

On another note, although i'm not banned yet, with all the information being discovered, i think i will just accept that i'm going to get banned at some point lol

I never play my Switch online, and i'm happy to continue buying games and creating backups of them so i can continue playing. As long as i can play a few emulated games too, i am happy !!

Yeah I did know that - just wasn't sure if the OP was aware

I don't see how you can get banned if you never play online though

Retroarch requires you to connect to the internet to download emulation cores and other things.

(Well I'm sure you could install them other ways, but the default is to connect and download through retroarch).

I am connected through emunand cfw when i do that.

My only protection is tx os stealth mode. But i do expect to get banned doing this sooner or later.
