Playing online after update

Ok, So i have done an update to my xbox360 with the new 15xxx.x update, but what we all want to know will this have any problem with us playing online with our backup, or this is only for all RGH

It has already been stated by Xecuter and Ubergeek that is update does not affect LT + fw, however as always revert to stock, then update dash and then reflash. RGH specific.

All SH--, To late i have updated but went on line with it. This update just came out of the blue....I hope i dont get ban....Thanks:facepalm:

As stated before there is no guarantee that you won't get banned modifying your firmware.

You may or not be tagged, you won't know until you get banned

Last year I updated without going back to stock and my son is still on live.

I'm just going to go ahead and say this; I was looking over the post over on xbox360iso because they had a good thread going about the new update the day the first wave came out. Several of the users there said that they went ahead and updated without any problems but one was banned, (it was unknown if he had already been flagged from awhile ago or if this was just a fluke), so based upon the statistics I just compiled in my head about their results you should definitely be fine. However, like everyone says it is always better to be safe than sorry. :smile:
