Please Help:-Firmware Upgrade‏

Hi there,
I bought a xbox 360 last december premodded with ixtreme lt and i have just got assassin's creed brotherhood & need for speed hot pursuit and they will not play on this version of lt,Some one on here told me that I need to have new firmware installed on it the lt+.Can anyone sort it out for me.

P.s it never came with a disk with the original firmware on it
