I am having trouble copying xbox games. I have Xecuter3, evox, 80gb hd, all works well. I can ftp a game from the hdd to my pc. No problem. I have tried both Craxtion and simplexiso to create the iso. Both appeared to work ok. I tried to put the iso on a dvd-r, wouldn't play. Tried a dvd+r, wouldnt play. I used nero to make the dvd disk, burned ok on 2x, have no clue what I am doing wrong. Help much appreciated, I really want to be able to backup my games.

basically when I load the disk it comes up unknown, or no game. I am pretty sure I have the Philips dvd drive, I checked online to ensure this.

in nero, should I be burning under the "burn image to disk" option, or "create data disk"? Should be burn image to disk, right?

in nero goto file :eek:pen then your have to change the list box down the bottom to 'show all types', double click your iso, make sure finalise dvd is checked, select slowest posible speed and click burn.

Matt

for philips i would recommend yellow top datawrite +r dvds.

I'm following you, but do I need to burn image to disk or do I need burn data disk? It's a stupid newbie question, I know.

Well, for me I use qwix to make an Iso than I use DVD Decryptor to write de image and it works fine. You might want to try that. And I'm using Memorex media
