please help im going crazy

i have a xbox 1.6 i installed the x3 and the x3 control pannel. when i try to boot to the bios it purges red and green. it will only load the ms bios. i know the other post keep saying to check your solder but i have 3 times all ready. all my points look great actually. when i hold the eject and power it purges as well. i disconected the control pannel and installed the stock pannel and that did not help. after reading other posts i re checked the DO solders again and re solder them. still not sucess. can some1 please offer me some help

I can tell you that your D0 is not the problem, otherwise you'd be getting m$ dash 100% of the time. Let us know if you've got 2 blue led's on your chip.

Also for your info- when the lights (F)lash (R)ed (A)nd (G)reen, it's referred to as frag. This only makes it a little easier for others who are either trying to help or ar searching the forum for help. There may be helpful information in the thread, but nobody can find it coz the keywords they search for are missing... Cheers bud
