Please help me flash my ms25

So I downloaded XBM (older version)

I also downloaded the 1.2c firmware make a bootable usb disc

Plugged my 360 booted in dos and typed

samread myserial number

Now all I see are my primary/secondary IDE things and I don't see my SATA (like I'm suppose from what I've read)

When I made my bootable disk I didn't check MTKflash (or whatnot)

Was I suppose to?

My motherboard is an ASUS P4P800 Deluxe with an ICHR5 chipset...Is this ok or do I need to buy one

i use iprep.

when it sees the 360 drive it will list it a
xtreme pri master
