please help ripping hear out 160gig full of stuff lost

how do i get my stuff back all my stuff
is lost i think
i flashed my bios now all i get is my xbox turns on and then off no off
how do i get back to my dash whot do i need to do

m8 1.6 bios

that is the problem you flashed a 1.6 version bios on your 1.0.

hold power/eject to boot, this will bring up the backup flashbios. then reflash with
a NON 1.6 bios. Utilize your chip use X3 3294.
