I did my first mod chip install today. I am very proficient with soldering and the whole install went without a flaw. No xmas lights etc. When I turned on my box for the first time I got the right Bios flash screen 3.0.0 I then tried to flash 3.03 and it seemed like it flashed but when I rebooted the same flash bios screen kept coming on, no Xbox rock your box screen or anything. I then went and got the X3 1959 bios and flashed it with that and everything went perfect (all switches are correct on,on,off, off, off and chip off). When I went to reboot this time I got absolutly nothing at all, the switch is blue the hd light comes on then nothing. It will boot to the normal Xbox when I hold in the power and it will boot to the loadbios backup when I hold both the power and eject. If I am right everything is working like it should so what am I doing wrong? Or do I need to get a dashboard or something else flashed in this thing so it works with the chip now?

UPDATE:
Ok I searched and read all posts until my eyes bled green! Let me first say that Executer is exactly right by saying read all posts first and double check all soldering joints. I dont care how good are how many degrees you have in soldering, stressing the fact that checking them can save you big headaches just as Executer has said time and time again. My problem was in the LPC post 13 to be exact. Somehow the post got bent over just enough that it was not going in the chip correctly (due to soldering it moved a bit). Once I took it all apart just like was stated in another post I found the problem immediatly and it works absolutly mint! Thank you Executer for all the posts I wish I had listened a little sooner!
