Please Help

I have spent three days downloading programs from several different sights in order to get to xbins. I have failed horribly and I am running out of time. I go back to Iraq in a few days and I have no resourses there. I am trying to make a cd for flashing. I have downloaded Mirc, WinRAR, Craxtion, FlashFXP, and Nero. I have read and saved all the tutorials. I get an access denied in FlashFXP. I have changed passwords and everything. The first time I go on it allows me in but never lists the files for transfer. Please Help!!

It just let me in again and timed out before the file list came up? Am I doing something wrong? I am going to the distribution.xbins.org. Is this even where the files are?

Yer you got the right address.

Have you logged in to mIRC and requested a new user name? And is the anonymous login un-checked?
