Please HELP.........

I some how managed to mess up xbox v1.6 with a X3 chip in it. Now when I try to boot it up, the beginning flubber and final xbox logo come on to screen then the screen goes Black, with the # 06 in the top left hand corner and freezes. I tried pushing the power and eject button together and on that cromwell bios screen it looks messed up,meaning there's yellow words overlapping white colored words. One set of yellow words say " error 04".
I've tried booting up with the X3 disabled and it goes through the beginning stuff like the flubberthen Xbox logo but then goes to the Need Service screen with the # 06 in the upper left hand corner....Please Help!

first check your HD and DVD cable and make sure nothing has come loose, if that does not fix it you will need to do the HD swap trick to check to be sure that that HD somehow did not get unlocked in the like above.

Hey dude thanks for the info, but the HDD swap did not work. I happen to have two Xbox's and did the HDD swap and waited for the code 21 to appear.Hooked the HDD back into it's original case and still getting code 06 after boot up. Am at a dead end , if anyone else out there might know something, please help.....
