i was on xbins and i was looking at stuff i need to get to get the mod chip running. i saw the 30 files rule and was being careful so i downloaded xecuter bios and didnt know how many files it had but it didnt work and i think it counted as part of the 30 files but i didnt know so i downloaded it again and i got banned
