please help!!!!

hi every1 out there...i am need of some serious help...i have flashed my ms28....and i enjoyed a lot playing all my backup games on my 360.....and i got rod last nite on my console...while i was playin my backed up bio-shock....it all started with freezing of my console...it freezed for more then 6 to 7 times...and i had to restart my console everytime wid the power button on the console...so i did this for all 7 to 8 times...and after repeating this process for a number of times...finally for the 9th time wen i started my console...i saw r.o.d...flashing on me....i swtiched it off again...and i turned it on again after 10 to 20 secs....i tried playin the backed up copy of my 'the darkness'....it worked fine for some 5 to 7 mins and it freezed again...i dont knw wats wrong...is my console dead...?????
guys please help...
and please also let me know what can i do to correct it????

that sounds like the death of your 360(or very soon)
you can try to fix it or it time for a new 360.

this is the very reason for the 3 year warr.

how do i fix it...
x-clamp sounds like a difficult process for me...
and i have also vioded my warrnty...so there is no way m$ is gone replace it..
