Check your soldered connections using multimeter set to connectivity test or set to measure 1k ohm. See if you get readings. If no readings, bad solder. Try to solder it again.

Edit: If you have no multimeter, check the connection using magnifying glass. If you dont have one, try to use your smartphone camera and zoom in and try to find out, if the solder is connected to the capacitors.

Do you get readings when you check it via multimeter? If yes, then try to check if your black cable, where it says "UP", is plugged properly to the chip and the nand chip properly to the sx core.

I try it many times, same red blink

I checked all the "up" but it stayed the same red blink, until I bought back the sx core, and tried to return the result to the same red blink 😭😭😭

Then you have to try to solder it again properly

Look at the image, where I marked it with red : CLICK ME IMAGE This connection is probably not well soldered on your switch, thats why you get red light. Did you use solder tin sn60pb40 and flux? Use flux because that makes soldering easier.

I tried, but with the same result blink red, it could be a problem from nand

Did you use a microscope to confirm the connections are soldered properly? It's very easy to have a cold solder connection where there's a break in the solder between the pad and the capacitor.

we encounter this red light only. all the soldered was good. we replace the modchip with a new one and its working green light comes up in a seconds.

we find out that the red light only is defective or there is a fix in future.
the second that we encounter is the blue light only same process solder is good. we replace the modchip and the greenlight comes up in a seconds.
