I have A via VT6421L Sata/RAID card and Windoes Vista Premuim. Somehow i finally got the original firmware from my samsung MS25 Drive. What my problem is now is that when i try to flash my drive with Xtreme 3.3 it will say "Please Wait" then it will say" Status 80 Should be 71 somthing like that. And when i try to use Xtreme boot Maker I click detect ID/IO it will Say" An error Has occoured: Unable to Generate a MSINFO32 DUMP.
Retreiving the COM clas Factory for component witn CLSID(273380E8-1438-4B2C-95B0-713284FBC302)Failed due to the following error 80040154." Then when i click ok and another error comes up and says "Unable to parse the MSINFO32 Dump. Could not find file C:\Program files\X-Projects\Xtreme BOOT maker\msinfo_dump.txt."Somebody please help Thanks!!

The old version of Xtreme Boot Maker does not work with Vista, you have to use the new one for that. The problem is that the tutorial follows the old one so the steps aren't exactly the same. My advice is to use an XP machine somehow.

Or use the new version of Xtreme Boot Maker from www.x-projects.org and instead of the samread / samhack commands, use xread and xflash. Everything else is the same.
