plese help No video out or xell - slim

Hello guys
i installed the coolrunner after programing it
i verified the chip on the programmer and it's ok
after installing and writing the Ecc , there is no video out
i tried reinstalling the fw on the chip and rewireing
no result
the green led glitching and stop blink after while but no output
Mine is slim
my drive broken so iam using dashboard 12xxxx
can't remember

thanks guys i fixed ,.
i used JTAG TOOL and the problem was in it ,
i used another application to create ecc file and worked fine
