pll_bybass fixed,now where to solder rhg pll_bypass

alt point on pll_bypass fixed? after fixed where to solder rgh pll_bypass
i got this jasper from a frien said someone fixed the cpu Pll_bypass and it boot perfect,but heres my question where do i install the rgh Pll_bypass after fixed. the fix has a wire on bottom coming from restior to top part under heatsink.

The same spot on the resistor.

You can do that or you can splice the wire. I had to do this myself and can confirm this works. I think splicing the wire may be a little easier. Better than pulling the resistor.
