I'm literly at the verge of tosing my XBOX out of the 3rd floor window no more then 2 ft away. :evil: Ok woo saa.... Sry i am just geting a lil mad at my xbox.
Ok i have the Xecuter 3 mod chip. I did the install step my spet: http://www.teamxecuter.com/x3/tutorials/x3pin16.htm <--- PS. thank you verry mutch it helped me a lot. Then i red up on the forums and found out that i need to get the Bios v3.0.3 for my xbox that is v1.6 (don't know if it is v1.6a or v1.6b i don't konw...) Done. Ok so I flash it to v3.0.3 it should work now right?
Well it just gos back to the same old blue skreen and asks how i wana flash the Bios. WHY ME?? for the life of me i can't get flashfxp to let me conect to the box. I am using a hub that only has this comp the xbox and my cable int on it. i tryed to change the comp ip to 192.168.0.1-100 and 192.168.1.1-100 nothing is working. i can't see the xbox on the net work or on run cmd ipconfig. i bet it is some thing verry easy i'm missing can some one plz help me?

well, its no problem with the bios, they are doing just what they are supposed to. you are just confused about how it works.

im not gonna give away the answer, just do a little more reading and it should pop out at you.

edit: in fact, theres a link on the tutorial that will show you what you want to know.

Ok, the flash bios is the 3.0.3. You started with the 3.0.1 flash bios on the chip. The flash bios allows it to be flashed with a bios. You need to find the X3 bios. You can get it from xbins. Flash that to your chip and then you can ftp to it and install a new dash. Hope that helps. Happy Holidays.

:?: My brain herts i have ben trying to figer this out for like 10 days now i even got a new xbox because i thought the old one didn't like the chip. <-- i didn't add the 5v power adapter... Me is dumb :oops: any way this one is some what working.

Ok so every thing is working but i need to figer out how to get conected to the xbox so i can move every thing over? Is there a way to get flashfxp to work with me to figer this out?

Ya 10 days me not to bright when it comes to flashing things.

Ok so start the xbox in norm mode for the DHCP?

The flash bios will tell you the ip you need to put in.

Nope, that's not it... It is a hacked bios, so they cannot have it on their website. Here are instructions on how to get the x3 bios.

As for installing it, there is an excellent tutorial somewhere (the newbie guide to the x3), here

Ok that worked some what... Thank You verry mutch...

But i'm still having a prob trying to get flashfxp and my xbox to connect. do i have to "Enable Network Flashing" ?

Aims a 45mm at xbox "WORK DAMIT!" :evil:

:shock: What it is working?? WOO HOO Thank you all verry mutch for your help. I wish i could repay you in some way... You all saved me a lot more time and prob some more $$ by the help you gave me. If any one has any Q on how to do some thing or how to get some thing to work with every one hear i think we could get it to work for you. Maby even "Save the WORLD" awww well i don't know about that but...

Can you play games that people have ripped without modding your Xbox 360 and is there a easier way to find out which DVD player you have in Xbox 360?

yep thats correct man dont listen to youtube guys who think they know something special it must be modded. u can tell what drive it is by the dvd tray and the mfd here is a link there are newer drives that arnt on this site
