plz tell me if i fried my xbox

i was flashing my brand new x3ce modchip via disc.everything was going fine,the disc worked,and the flashing progrees bar came on,however the xbox got unplugged during the flashing and when i turned it back on the eject button went red and green(fragged)the tv went black and the xbox did nothin the nething nemore.i tried takin the chip out but then i just got a universal error message on the screen.i wanna know if i just killed both my chip and xbox.does neone know if there is even a solution?
