I wanted to know where to find tips on changing like the background picture (desktop) of the EvoXM8_16... i got the evo tool, but i cant seem to figure out how to change something like the background image... lead the way my fellow modders! 
Point me in the right direction (editing evox_M8_16)

ah, the dashboard for evox... the menu has a sminning logo and it has a skins directory, but i dont know where to put the folder for that.

You copy your skins to a folder called Skins in the same area as evoxdash.xbe/evox.ini
