I,m running A120GB maxtor I've used and do use A 250GB WD in my PC
Both seem fine although my maxtor crashed just 2 weeks ago and the WD with 8MB cache is a little quicker DUNNO that the 8MB cache would help the Xbox though

ive got a 120gb wd, it was cheap at £60 and its very effective. i would recommend 2 all.
